Question 85790: I asked this earlier and it was answered with the exact question I asked, can someone else help me please?
√ x-2=1
√ x^3=27
3√ X^2=9
I couldnt copy and past the square root symbol so I hope you know that is what I meant. Can someone solve these?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve for x:
1)
sqrt%28x-2%29+=+1 Square both sides.
x-2+=+1 Add 2 to both sides.
x+=+3
2)
sqrt%28x%5E3%29+=+27 Is this supposed to be the square root or the cube root?
If it's the cube root, then evaluate cube root (x^3) = x.
x+=+27
If it's the square root, then square both sides.
x%5E3+=+729 Now take the cube root of both sides.
x+=+9
3)
3sqrt%28x%5E2%29+=+9 Divide both sides by 3.
sqrt%28x%5E2%29+=+3 Evaluate sqrt%28x%5E2%29+=+x
x+=+3
