%283u-1%29%28u%2B2%29=0
Two possible solutions:
3u-1=0
3u=1
u=1%2F3
sqrt%28x%29=1%2F3
x=1%2F9
and
u%2B2=0
u=-2
sqrt%28x%29=-2
This is not a solution.
Only x=1%2F9.
