First, recognize that you can pull an x%5E4 out from under the radical. Why? Because the equation can be re-written as:
sqrt%2880x%5E8xy%5E11%29, and
sqrt%28x%5E8%29=x%5E4. So, you now have:
x%5E4sqrt%2880xy%5E11%29
By the same logic, you can also pull out a y^5 term, giving you:
x%5E4y%5E5sqrt%2880xy%29
Now, we can work on simplifying that "80"... specifically, recognize that:
80=4%2A4%2A5
So, you can pull a 4 out from under the radical, leaving you with:
