Ok, so from what I understand, this is the problem:
sqrt%2820%29%2F16
If so, then just multiply by sqrt%2820%29%2Fsqrt%2820%29
You get 20%2F16%2Asqrt%2820%29(after simplifying)
Then just simplify the bottom further and your answer is:
20%2F32sqrt%285%29
