sqrt%283x%2B6%29+=+%28x%2B14%29%2F4 ||Square both sides of the EQ
3x+6 = (x+14)^2/16
48x + 96 = x^2 + 28x + 196
x^2 -20x + 100 = 0
(x-10)(x-10) = 0
x = 10
