= sqrt(4)*sqrt(3) + 6*sqrt(3) + 2*sqrt(2)*sqrt(3)

Factor out the sqrt(3):

= (2 + 6 + sqrt(2))*sqrt(3)

= (8+sqrt(2))*sqrt(3)
