You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply numerator and denominator by the conjugate of the denominator--that is, the same as the denominator but with the opposite sign in the middle. We do that because it causes the i term to subtract out of the denominator.

+%28-1%2B5i%29%2F%283%2B2i%29
+%28%28-1%2B5i%29%2F%283%2B2i%29%29%2A%28%283-2i%29%2F%283-2i%29%29+
+%28-3+%2B+2i+%2B+15i+-+10i%5E2%29%2F%289-6i%2B6i-4i%5E2%29+

Remember that i%5E2+=+-1
+%28-3+%2B+17i+-+10%28-1%29%29+%2F+%289+-+4%28-1%29%29+
+%28-3+%2B+17i+%2B+10%29%2F%289%2B4%29
+%287%2B+17i%29%2F13 or +%287%2F13%29+%2B+%2817%2F13%29%2Ai

P.S. A TI 83, TI 84, or TI 86 can do this in a heartbeat!!
