I have no clue how to even go about finding the answer for this, this is very confusing to me.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Evaluate:
y+=+1%2F%28x-1%29 for:
x = -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3
What you do here is replace the x with the x-values above, one-by-one, and find the corresponding values of y.
For x = -2:
y+=+1%2F%28-2-1%29
y+=+1%2F%28-3%29
y+=+-1%2F3
For x = -1:
y+=+1%2F%28-1-1%29
y+=+1%2F%28-2%29
y+=+-1%2F2
For x = 0:
y+=+1%2F%280-1%29
y+=+1%2F-1
y+=+-1
Foe x = 1:
y+=+1%2F%281-1%29
y+=+1%2F0 Undefined! Division by zero is a prohibited mathematical operation!
For x = 2:
y+=+1%2F%282-1%29
y+=+1%2F1 y+=+1
For x = 3:
y+=+1%2F%283-1%29
y+=+1%2F2
Do you see the idea here?
Now you can place the x-values and their corresponding y-values in their appropriate places in the table.
