sqrt%28x%2B18%29+=+sqrt%28x-2%29+%2B+2
Square both sides
x%2B18+=+%28x-2%29+%2B+4sqrt%28x-2%29+%2B+4
sqrt%28x-2%29+=+4
Square again
x-2 = 16
x = 18
