You can put this solution on YOUR website!

I am guessing that the answer should be left as radicals, rather than punched into the calculator. So, lets examine the problem:
sqrt%2814%29-sqrt%282%2F7%29
Split the numerator and denominator of the fraction
=sqrt%2814%29-sqrt%282%29%2Fsqrt%287%29%29
Now we want to get the radical out of the denominator. Simply multiply by "1", or square root of seven over itself:
=sqrt%2814%29-sqrt%282%29%2Asqrt%287%29%2F%28sqrt%287%29%2Asqrt%287%29%29
Multiply through both numerator and denominator:
=sqrt%2814%29-sqrt%2814%29%2F7
Multiply the first radical by 7/7 to get common denominator:
=7%2Asqrt%2814%29%2F7-sqrt%2814%29%2F7
And simplify:
=%287%2Asqrt%2814%29-sqrt%2814%29%29%2F7
=%286%2Asqrt%2814%29%29%2F7
