You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+x%2B4=4sqrt%28x%2B1%29...raise both sides to the power of two

+%28x%2B4%29%5E2=%284sqrt%28x%2B1%29%29%5E2

+x%5E2%2B8x%2B16=16sqrt%28x%2B1%29%5E2...cancel sqrt and power of two

+x%5E2%2B8x%2B16=16%28x%2B1%29

+x%5E2%2B8x%2B16=16x%2B16

+x%5E2%2B8x-16x%2B16-16=0

+x%5E2-8x=0

+x%28x-8%29=0..a product is equal to zero if any of multiplicands is equal to zero

+x=0.......first root

+x-8=0........+x=8..second root

check:
+x%2B4=4sqrt%28x%2B1%29.....plug in +x=0
+0%2B4=4sqrt%280%2B1%29
+4=4sqrt%281%29
+4=4%2A1
4=4

+x%2B4=4sqrt%28x%2B1%29.....plug in +x=8
+8%2B4=4sqrt%288%2B1%29
+12=4sqrt%289%29
+12=4%2A3
12=12
