The first thing you need to do is to turn off CAPS LOCK. Typing in all caps is the electronic equivalent of shouting and is therefore, except when used very sparingly for emphasis, both annoying and rude. Reading excuses for such behavior is even more annoying. Don't apologize or explain, just stop doing it.
