You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I fail to understand your confusion.
A radicand is the number or term which is inside the radical sign.
sqrt%2850%29+
Here the radicand is 50,
the square root sign is the radical
if you are asked to simplify
sqrt%2850%29
sqrt%282%2A5%2A5%29
5+sqrt%282%29
2 is the radicand
...
find the radicand of sqrt98* sqrt54
sqrt98+=+sqrt+%282%2A7%2A7%29=+7sqrt%282%29
sqrt+54+=+sqrt%282%2A3%2A3%2A3%29=+3sqrt%282%2A3%29
..
7sqrt%282%29%2A3sqrt%282%2A3%29
21sqrt%282%2A2%2A3%29
21%2A2sqrt%283%29
42sqrt%283%29
3 is the radicand
Hope you get it.
