Least common denominator: 4x
(-x+5)/(x)*4x+(3)/(4)*4x=(7)/(x)*4x
-x+20=(7)/(x)*4x
-x+20=28
-x=-20+28
-x=8
-x*-1=8*-1
x=8*-1
x=-8 answer
