You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The moment you see 90degrees in a Triangle, you must realise that it is a Right Angled Triangle and therefore it follows Pythagoras' Theorem
This theorem states that the Square of the Hypotenuse of a Right Angled Triangle is equal to the Sum of Square of the other 2 sides
You have the Hypotenuse as 41
Since it is a an Isosceles Triangle, the other two sides are equal let's say X
Then by Pythagoras' Theorem
41%5E2+=+X%5E2+%2B+X%5E2
2X%5E2+=+41%5E2
X%28sqrt%282%29%29++=+41
X+=+41%2F%28sqrt%282%29%29
Even the 30-60-90 triangle will follow the same rule. However since the sides are not equal you will have to find them out using Sine/Cosine/Tan etc
