I think you mean:
4sqrt%2810%29%2A3sqrt%286%29
Since they're both square roots, you can multiply them. You can't multiply a sq root and a cube root, tho.
= 12sqrt%2860%29 the 3 and 4 multiply, too
= 12sqrt%284%2A15%29
= 24sqrt%2815%29
That's all that can be done.
