"Write the following expression in simplified form using only one root and no decimals":
The equation is the quadratic root of 4 times n times m to the fifth power, all times the quadratic root of 6 times m cubed times n to the fourth power
my answer was n times m squared times the quadratic root of 24 times n
But it keeps coming up as wrong.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! You have the right answer, but I think you misread the problem. The problem states that you need to get the expression into a "simplified form using only one root". So I'm assuming that they are looking for (ie convert from rational exponent notation to radical notation). Let me know how that works out for you
