Question 135772: Could someone please help me with a couple of radicals?
1) square root then under the sign it has 4x square root + 8x + 4
2)square root 15 then square root 21 (side by side) I know the answer is cubed square root 35, but I'm not sure how to work the problem.
Thanks for your help in advance, and have a great day! LH

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) square root then under the sign it has 4x square root + 8x + 4
2)square root 15 then square root 21 (side by side) I know the answer is cubed square root 35,
----------------
I can't imagine how you would get a cuberoot out of your #2.
I also cannot figure out what your #1 says.
----------------
I suggest you use sqrt for square root, cubrt for cube root and
that you use parentheses so we can tell where each radicand
begins and where it ends.
---------------------
For example, I could write #1 as sqrt[4x*sqrt(8x+4)], but I'm not
sure that is your problem.
