.

6300 = 900*7

sqrt%286300%29 = sqrt%28900%2A7%29 = 30%2Asqrt%287%29.

You do the rest.

Solved.

"5 to the square root of 6300"?

Do you really mean 5%5Esqrt%286300%29 ? That's a very unusual expression -- an integer to a power that is irrational....

Your post says "which expression represents the completely simplified radical?", but no expressions are shown in your post; so it is impossible for us to know what the actual given radical expression is....

If the responses you have gotten are not what you were looking for, re-post the problem clearly and correctly.

sqrt%286300%29

sqrt%28900%2A7%29

sqrt%28900%29%2Asqrt%287%29

30%2Asqrt%287%29

Therefore,
sqrt%286300%29=30%2Asqrt%287%29

Furthermore,
5%5E%28sqrt%286300%29%29%5E%22%22+=+5%5E%2830%2Asqrt%287%29%29%5E%22%22

5%5E%28sqrt%286300%29%29%5E%22%22+=+%285%5E%2830%29%29%5E%28sqrt%287%29%29%5E%22%22
