I would square (multiply by itself) what's in the parentheses.

-10*sqrt(3-x)^2 is my interpretation.
The sqrt of anything squared is that anything.
-10(3-x)=-30+10x, for x being < or = to 3.
If x=0, then -30
If x=3 then 0.
if x=-3 then -60
