Step One Merge the 8sq rt and the 3 sq rt
Step Second: Merge the 7x and the 7x
which leaves you with
11 sq rt + 14x
BUT im not sure if its right because i never seen a equation set up like this.

Since the sqrts are the same you can simply add the numbers in front of the sqrts. Thus
8sqrt7x + 3sqrt 7x = 11sqrt7x.
