Question 937360: Write an equation for the circle in standard form, the state the center and radius. X^2+y^2+12x=6y
When I answered this question I got (x+6)^2+(y-3)^2=2,025, but I am not sure I got the radius right. Can you explain to me how you get the correct radius? Thank you!

Question 939711: Hey! I am working on finding the domain and range of a relation that is not a function. The relation is: 4(x-1)^2+16y^2=32.
For domain, I have tried solving for y and got y^2=[-(x-1)^2]/(4)+2. The next step would be square rooting to get the equation under the square radical and taking that equation to put in an inequality. The problem is that the equation is negative, making it undefined over reals. The same problem occurs when solving for the range. Please help me, thanks.

Question 946154: Find the general form of the equation of a circle. Center at the point (5,7); tangent to the x-axis.
I keep getting the answer x2+y2-10x-14y+49=0
But the answer key lists the solution as x2+y2-10x-14y+25=0
What am I doing wrong?
