A derivation gives a form %28x-h%29%5E2=4p%28y-k%29 where p is the distance from vertex (h,k) to either focus or directrix. In your example, vertex is (5,-2) and 4p=8 will allow you to determine the point as ordered pair of the focus and directrix.
