x^2+y^2+4x+6y+5=0

x^2+ 4x + y^2 +6y + 5=0

(x+2)^2 +highlight_green%28-4%29  + (y+3)^2 +highlight_green%28-9%29 + 5 = 0

 (x+2)^2  + (y+3)^2 = 8   C(-2,-3)  r = √8
