Standard Form for an ellipse is highlight_green%28%28x-h%29%5E2%2Fa%5E2%2B%28y-k%29%5E2%2Fb%5E2=1%29, for one with horizontal axis longer than vertical axis of the ellipse, and that foci are on the ellipse's own horizontal axis of symmetry.
