: How do you do them because the question i have on a worksheet which is,4y^2=25-4x^2, doesn't really show me how to do this way in the book and i need help on it. Algbra has been really difficult for me and just want to pass, if i have any other questions i will be sure to contact you as soon as possible.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! i'm not too sure bout this 1 seems like there is a mistake but the answer i got was(watr u looking for,x or y)
4y^2=25-4x^2
take the sqrt of both sides
now for the second side that is the right hand side you cannot go straight to take the sqrt, i'll show you
2y=5-10(4x^2)+2x
2y=5-40x^2+2x
now the x^2 coefficient cannot be -ve so multiply the right side by *-1
2y=40x^2-2x-5
so after factorizing, i think you should get an answer.whats the title of the book, so i can check it out,remember i'm not sure its the answer so i'll take the question back home n tommorow you should get a beta ans if this is not the answer
