Therefore p=5

Plot the vertex and the directrix and you will see the
parabola opens to the right:
So the form is (y-k)^2=4p(x-h)
EQUATION:
(y-1)^2 = 4*5(x+4)
(y-1)^2= 20x+80
x = (1/20)(y-1)^2-4
