The foci give you a c value, and the vertices give you the a value. The b value comes from the fact about ellipses, b%5E2%2Bc%5E2=a%5E2.

Also, the midpoint of either the foci or the vertices on the main axis give the center point of the ellipse.

With those facts, you can fill in the values for the standard form equation,
