Basic eqn for a circle is ,,,,(x-h)^2 +(y-k)^2 = r^2
.
where,,,,r = radius,,,and (h,k) is center of circle
.
comparing to original,,,Radius = 7.2,,,,,h= 16,,,,and k= -4.3
.
or ,,,center is at (16, -4.3) with radius = 7.2
.
