It's a parabola. Only one variable is 2nd order, that makes it a parabola.

Take note that the equation is in the form %28x-h%29%5E2=4p%28y-k%29 which is the general form of a parabola. So %28x-3%29%5E2=12%28y-6%29 is a parabola.
