DIRECTRIX (-2,y), or the line x=-2, two units away from vertex on the other side

You can use Definition of a Parabola and setup sqrt%28%28x-2%29%5E2%2B%28y-0%29%5E2%29=sqrt%28%28x-%28-2%29%29%5E2%2B%28y-y%29%5E2%29
Simplify this and put into whatever form you want.
