The parabola would have the form 4ay+=+x%5E2. Now a+%3E+0 since the focus is above the vertex, and a is the (absolute) distance between the focus and the vertex.
==> a = 1/2, and the equation of the parabola is 4%2A%281%2F2%29y+=+x%5E2, or 2y+=+x%5E2.
