You can put this solution on YOUR website! Possibly means, vertex is (0,0), and parabola opens DOWNWARD, and therefore equation takes the form y=ax^2, but then the "rectum" part of the description is not understandable. Better is to give the problem description and question exactly as it was given or shown to you.
