Question 946154: Find the general form of the equation of a circle. Center at the point (5,7); tangent to the x-axis.

I keep getting the answer x2+y2-10x-14y+49=0
But the answer key lists the solution as x2+y2-10x-14y+25=0
What am I doing wrong?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find the general form of the equation of a circle. Center at the point (5,7); tangent to the x-axis.

I keep getting the answer x2+y2-10x-14y+49=0
But the answer key lists the solution as x2+y2-10x-14y+25=0
What am I doing wrong?
===================
r = 7 since it's tangent to the x-axis.
--> %28x-5%29%5E2+%2B+%28y-7%29%5E2+=+49
x%5E2+-+10x+%2B+25+%2B+y%5E2+-+14y+%2B+49+=+49
x%5E2+%2B+y%5E2+-+10x+-+14y+%2B+25+=+0
