You can put this solution on YOUR website! a parabola with an axis parallel to the y axis with vertex (h, k) and focus (h, k + p) (with p being the distance from the vertex to the focus), has the equation (y-k)=(1/(4p))(x-h)^2
in this case (y-0)=(1/(4*2))(x-0)^2 ... y=(1/8)x^2
