You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The general equation for a circle centered at (h,k) with a radius R is ,
%28x-h%29%5E2%2B%28y-k%29%5E2=R%5E2
The first case,
%28x-%28-1%29%29%5E2%2B%28y-%28-5%29%29%5E2=6%5E2
%28x%2B1%29%5E2%2B%28y%2B5%29%5E2=36
Now do the second one the same way.
