.
Do you know the Pythagorean theorem?

It says that the other leg is   sqrt%2820%5E2+-+16%5E2%29 = 4%2Asqrt%285%5E2-4%5E2%29 = 4%2Asqrt%2825-16%29 = 4%2Asqrt%289%29 = 4*3 = 12.

Could you find the area of the triangle then?

I am having a hard time solving this problem, im completely drawing a blank.
The equation is: the hypotenuse of a right triangle is 20cm and one leg is 16cm. Find the length of the other leg. And find the area of the triangle.
================
Other leg = sqrt%2820%5E2+-+16%5E2%29+=+12
