We'll find it using the formula,

a%5E2=%2826%29%5E2-%2810%29%5E2
a%5E2=676%2B100
a%5E2=776
sqrt%28a%5E2%29=sqrt%28776%29
a=27.85
Area:
A=%28ab%29%2F2
So:
A=139.25 ft!
