Sorry, that's not enough information to determine the figure.

First of all "angle AC is Parallel to angle EF"
does not make any sense, because it is lines, not
angles that are said to be "parallel".  Also angles 
are not identified by two letters, only line segments
are.  But even if I consider them to mean line 
segments and not angles, there is not enough
information to find where point B is located.  Repost
