W must be less than 25. so we know that 24 and below are correct.
Since it is also an absolute value of W, that means that putting in a negative number for W will immediately make it a positive number.
If you put -25 into the equation, it will end up saying 25 < 25 which is incorrect.
However, putting -24 into the inequality will put it at 24 < 25 which is correct.


So W can be C) W < 25 and W > -25
