We can actually tell right off the bat this is irrational, because of thesqrt%2827%29 component.
The sqrt%2827%29 does not have a rational number as a perfect square. The sqrt%2827%29 is 5.1961524227066318805823390245176171008284157614311418.
Now if we add the two to this number we get:

Now we need to determine this is an irrational number.
