You can put this solution on YOUR website!
what is the solution to this logarithm question. log3 to power of x=y=log9 to power(2x-1)
:
Assume the problem is: log%28%283%5Ex%29%29 = log%28%289%5E%28%282x-1%29%29%29%29 I don't know what the y is there for.
Find x
log%28%283%5Ex%29%29 = log%28%289%5E%28%282x-1%29%29%29%29
we can change the 9 to 3^2, then we have
log%28%283%5Ex%29%29 = log%28%283%5E%282%282x-1%29%29%29%29
log%28%283%5Ex%29%29 = log%28%283%5E%28%284x-2%29%29%29%29
the log equiv of exponents
x%2Alog%28%283%29%29 = %284x-2%29%2Alog%28%283%29%29
there fore we know
x = 4x - 2
2 = 4x - x
2 = 3x
x = 2/3
