Consecutive even integers are n, n+2 and n+4.


Consecutive even integers are separated by 2. For example 2, 4 and 6.


The largest is n+4 and it's 2 times the smallest.


n+4 = 2n


Subtract n from both sides.


4=n.


The numbers are 4, 6 and 8.
