integer means whole number, -5 is smaller then -3
-4 is greater than -4.6
so -4 is the least integer greater than -4.6

Which of the following is the least integer greater than -4.6?

-4.6 is about where the o is below on the number line:

-7  -6  -5  -4  -3  -2  -1   0   1   2   3   4   5   6


It can't be B or C because they aren't integers

It has to be farther to the right on the number line that -4.6.

It can't be -5 because -5 is to the left of -4.6, so

the answer has to be -4, since it's closer on the right of -4.6 than -3.

So the answer is D: -4.
