You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The integers are +highlight%28-7%29+ and +highlight%28-5%29+

Workout:
a + (a+2) = 16 + 4a
2a+2 = 16 + 4a
2a = -14
a = -7 —> a+2 = -5

Check:
a + (a+2) = -7 + -5 = -12
16 + 4a = 16 + 4*(-7) = 16 + (-28) = -12
