The mean travel time to work in the US is 25.1 minutes with a standard deviation of 6.4 minutes.
a. Find the probability that a random sample of 36 people will have a mean travel time greater than 23 minutes. (I got 0.9755)
b. Find the 90th percentile of the sample mean for those 36 people. (The answer key says it's 26.467, but I cannot figure out the steps!)

I know that the total is 1.0 to find the mean I divided by number of sets which would be 5. I assumed it would be .20. The homework help I have is saying it is incorrect. I am very unsure and thought I was headed in the right direction. The single digits are above each set of numbers but even though it looks right how I typed it for you to read...it doesn't come out that way on the preview. So for example 0 has the .05 under it. If you slide all the single digits representing each set of numbers above the decimal numbers. Hope that part makes sense. Total should be above the 1.00. It isn't showing up correctly on the preview for some reason.
