I know that for females there is a 60% chance of getting picked and for males there is a 40% chance of getting picked. I tried to do 12/30*18/29 and the other way around (18/30*12/29 being it said in either order) and they were both wrong. I also know that the probability of 2 males getting picked is 15.17% and 2 females getting picked is 35.17%
