Question 1055025: A drug manufacturer states that only 5% of the patients using a high blood pressure drug will experience side effects, doctors at a large university hospital use the drug in treating 250 patients. What is the probability that 15 or fewer of the 250 patients experience side effects? Hint: Use normal approximation.
below are some of the steps I took however I believe things went a little wrong near the end so I'm not sure my work is correct but here are the steps I've taken.
V = Variance = 250+x+0.05+x+0.95+=+11.875
U = Mean = 250+x+0.05+=+12.5
f = 15 potential s.e.

I believe that -.072547 is equivalent to 0.72547 in this type of problem.
N%28-0.72547%29=+N%280.72547%29+=+%28.2642+%2B.2673%29%2F2+=+0.2657
.2642 and .2673 represent the z-scores that 0.72547 falls between. although i think my z-scores might be wrong.
