So you have 9 different numbers you can create.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Find the probability of identical outcomes." but I'll assume you mean the probability of getting a two digit number with repeated digits (ex: 55).
There are 3 numbers like that: 55, 77, 88
Out of 9 numbers total.
So the probability is
