In word form, the average of (the manager's salary + the sum of the workers') is 1600.
Because the average of a number is the sum divided by the number of values, and the average worker's salary is 1350, and there are 32 people total,

Next, solve for X as shown below.
Firstly, multiply both sides by 32

Do the multiplication

Subtract 41850

The manager gets has a salary of $9350
